The Central Tablet of the Temple of the Foliated Cross Records the birth of the deity Une K'awiil, recounts a god-conjuring rite by Muwaan Mat, and records the 2 Kib' 14 Mol cycle of ceremonies discussed in the section on ritual.
The following transcription, translation, and transliteration correspond to the glyph blocks between A16-D17 and L1-O17 from the Central Tablet of the Temple of the Foliated Cross. Addition analysis and a transliteration will be available in the Spring of 2005.

Translation
Third, born was ? the K'awii[l] person?, the thrice manifested? god, the sprout, the Infant K'awiil.
(34 years, 14 months and zero days after the Sprout, the Infant K'awiil had arrived at Matwiil, the second Bak'tun was then completed [on] 2 Ajaw 3 Wayeb'.)
The god-conjuring of Jemnal Ix?/Ju'n Muwaan Mat the Divine Matwiil Lord happened at the Green Mountain, the White Great Place of Rip Maize, the House of the Yellow [ripe] Tree on 1 Ajaw 13 Mak [November 8, 2360].
2947 years, 3 months, and 16 days [on] 2 Kib' 14 Mol censed was the shrine of the 3 ? God, the Infant Fire God and the Infant K'awiil.
On the night of 3 Kab'an 15 Mol dedicated was the K'ihnich K'uk' House, at the house [of] the Ch'aho'm, K'ihnich Kan B'ahlam the Divine Mat Lord.
For the third time, it was the god-conjuring of the Great Sky Lord of the Eb'e't for his darkness-creation, the Bark-Paper [headdress]-tying of the gods of K'ihnich Kan B'ahlam, the Divine Mat Lord. It happened at the Lakam Ha' Temple in the cave of Six Skies Ux B'olon Chaahk the Divine ? Lord.
4 days, 6 months, and 48 years after he was born, it then was the Bark-Paper [headdress] tying onto the head of the B'aakel Wayal, K'ihnich Kan B'ahlam, the Divine Mat Lord on 8 Ok 3 K'ayab'.
6 days, 11 months, and 6 years after he had been seated into rulership then censed were the shrines of the 3 ? God, Chaahk [GI], the Infant K'awiil [GII], K'ihnich K'in? Ajaw [GIII], the Yax Wayib' Chaahk, Akan, Ju'n Ajaw ? it [the ritual censing?] was given? by K'ihnich Kan B'ahlam.
(4 days, 12 months, and 1 year it will have happened 8 Ajaw 8 Wo', the 13th K'atun), that [censing] happened 2 Kib' and then made [performed] was the service of K'ihnich Kan B'ahlam, the Divine Palenque Lord.
